It’s red brick.

However.... there’s one of those in every level of parking (seven levels) I always take level 3 or level -4 because teachers always take the ones in level 2,1 (the covered ones that aren’t underground). They can access campus 20 minutes before us in the morning, so even if I’m the first in line, the damn mazda is already there!

Way back when I was a student, a funny prof (maybe not the coolest depending on how you define it - he didn’t pretend to be hip or edgy, but a good guy) was the original owner of a 64 Beetle, and still used as a daily driver. This was in 1998-99. That was pretty cool.

Another had an immaculate dark blue 69 Caprice coupe badged as a 396, but I never found out who it was, just often saw it in the teacher parking area.

Especially if many teachers there are paid like here.

That being said, way back when, I was in maybe grade 8, around 1990, a teacher had a pristine W123 300CD in black over palomino. It was lovely, and she was really nice, too. She traded it in for a W201 190E 2.6, which made her excited, but somehow I was less excited. The older car was a gem.

Back at the same time in the small town where my mom lives, a teacher had a 70s/80s Ferrari Boxer - but rumor had it that he married well or inherited, as even then a teacher salary wouldn’t fund a toy like that.
